Marissa wants to make sure you get everything you want out of your shadowing day with her! She’ll start by going over:

• Your business

• Your strengths and what areas you struggle with

• Setting future goals that are attainable right after your shadow day

• Any questions you may have (pricing, photography, assistants, growing your clientele, etc.)

For the day of your shadowing training, Marissa will schedule real life clients catered to what we discussed previously. She will schedule colors and/or extensions to help elevate your skills in any area you need. She’ll be able to go over what she does in a day behind the chair so you won’t miss a beat.

A few weeks after your shadowing day with Marissa, she’ll follow up with you to complete your shadowing experience. This will allow you to ask any questions you may have forgotten or fine tune skills you’ve been putting to work on your own. One of the most important things Marissa wants is for you to feel you have learned something and it gave you more confidence behind the chair.
